As a Consultant with OnLocation, Ms. Train has over eight years of experience in computer programming, data base development, and analysis in support of energy modeling. She has direct experience in the development and implementation of a reporting system for Greenhouse Gases. For the Department of Energy, Energy Information Administration (EIA), she has assisted in the migration of the National Energy Modeling System, Electricity Market Module from the EIA mainframe to RISC machine. Responsibilities include maintaining the system on both the mainframe (IBM) and the RISC (UNIX) platforms. Ms. Train has a B.A. in Biological Sciences (statistics minor) from the University of Connecticut.
