Founder and Managing Director of OnLocation, Inc., has thirty years of experience in management consulting to industry and government, concentrating during the last fifteen years on financial and investment analysis of the electric utility industry. Mr. Goudarzi regularly contributes to the Department of Energy's ongoing efforts in the analysis of the economic and environmental impacts associated with the electric industry deregulation initiatives of the state(s) and federal government. Mr. Goudarzi played an integral part in the introduction of event driven insurance products for the electric power industry (e.g. generation outage insurance). Over the last twelve years, Mr. Goudarzi has been the economic counsel to the Rural Utilities Service (RUS) restructuring over $7 billion of generating plant debt and involving some of the electric utility industry's largest bankruptcies.
