A Senior Advisor of OnLocation, Joe Clayton is a retired partner of White & Case LLP. At White & Case and with his former firm, Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon, Mr. Clayton specialized in the financing of large industrial assets, including mining equipment, vessels and power plants. He developed a lease structure for undivided interests in electric generating plants of Basin Electric Power Cooperative and he structured the first leveraged lease financing for a transmission line owned by Public Service Company of New Mexico and nuclear generating units at Palo Verde. He has over 30 years of experience in analyzing and structuring complex financial transactions in the power and other industries.
