A Senior Consultant with OnLocation, Ms. Griswold has over sixteen years experience designing and implementing models and information systems for many types of clients. She has direct experience in the development of the Policy Office Electricity Modeling System (POEMS), the implementation of the original version of Tradelec(tm) , the development of the new shorter-term (hour by hour) version of Tradelec(tm) , and supporting the National Energy Modeling System's Electricity Model (NEMS EMM). She has successfully undertaken model conversions from several different platforms (Personal Computer, Mainframe, RISC) and between different versions of models (NEMS to POEMS). Ms. Griswold has conducted several studies related to electric industry restructuring for the government and private clients. She has assisted clients by conducting bulk power assessment studies, renewable resource evaluations, electricity rate studies, and numerous other electricity and environmental analyses including creating a carbon emissions database tracking system. She has a B.A. in International Studies, a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, and a M.S. in Technology Management from the American University.
