A Senior Advisor of OnLocation, Bill Eglinton is the retired Executive VP/COO and Subsidiary Board Chair for Public Service Company of New Mexico. With over thirty years of business experience, his responsibilities have included the expansion and operation and general management of generation, transmission and distribution assets for an Electric, Gas and Water services company. He has also served in various consulting capacities to Boards and senior management teams for utility related G&T projects and business plan/ strategy development activities. In addition, Mr. Eglinton provides business operations, business development and business growth expertise to a variety of for- profit and not-for profit, including Native American, organizations.
